Scientific approach. We understand that you need not only knowledge, but also an understanding of how, when and where they can be applied. We cultivate a harmoniously developed personality that is capable of critical thinking, professional mobility and rapid adaptation to change.
Ambitiousness and flexibility. There are quite a lot of young, but already experienced lecturers in the department. We follow the current trends in the industry and try to implement them immediately in the educational process and scientific activities.
International relations. We maintain close links with international programs and believe that our student has the right to acquire knowledge and skills also outside our country. This is KPI! KPI is a separate world in which everyone can find what is interesting to him!

Teachers of the Department of Theory and Practice of Management constantly improve their training courses. We teach such disciplines as “Theory of Making Management Decisions”, “Modeling and Forecasting of Processes and Systems”, “Cybernetics and System Analysis”, “Sociology”, “Fundamentals of Information Policy”, “Fundamentals of e-Governance”, “Fundamentals of Management and Theories of organization”, “Technologies and Methods of Sociological Research”, “Benchmarking in e-Government”, “Fundamentals of e-Business and Internet-marketing”, “Regional Administration and Local Self-Government”, “Management of Non-Governmental Organizations”, “Electoral Systems and Electoral Technologies” and many others.

Public Administration is an activity that is connected with solving strategic tasks of public authorities, enterprises, institutions, organizations taking into account the complex of external and internal factors of influence and development trends in a competitive environment, as well as in a certain field of social production and the state as a whole. The Bachelor of Public Administration is a professional of a universal character, since his knowledge is suitable for use both in public administration and in the private sector.
Two specializations: “Administrative Management” and “Electronic Governance”. Mode of study: full-time and part-time. Duration of study: 4 years.

The Department of Theory and Practice of Management prepares masters in the specialty 281 Public Administration. There are two specializations: “Administrative Management” and “Electronic Governance”. Mode of study: full-time and part-time. Duration of study: 2 years.
The Department of Theory and Practice of Management prepares Doctors of Philosophy (PhD) in the specialty 281 Public Administration. Mode of study: full-time, evening-time and part-time. Duration of study: 4 years.
Master’s Degree Graduate school (PhD)
The scientific work of the department is aimed at carrying out scientific researches with reports in the form of monographs, scientific articles, abstracts for presentations at All-Ukrainian and International conferences. Particular attention is paid to research work with students who are involved in both participation in conferences and competitions, as well as in the implementation of scientific topics.
The scientific and pedagogical staff of the Department of Theory and Practice of Management conduct a thorough work on their own scientific research and actively participate in scientific work in the framework of implementation of two initiative themes: “Social engineering as a factor of sustainable development of society” and “Influence of e-government on social transformations”.
An important part of the department’s activity is international activity aimed at: 1) attracting the best students to studying in the program of academic mobility, conducting studies or undergoing internship abroad in the framework of international cooperation; 2) to conduct scientific events with international participation; 3) development of international relations with scientists from different countries of the world; 4) expansion of the spectrum of partnerships in the field of education and science; 5) to attract foreign citizens to study; 6) for carrying out scientific researches with reports in the form of monographs, scientific articles, abstracts for presentations at international conferences.
