[:ua]18 жовтня 2017 року в Національній академії відбулася нарада-семінар «Сучасні підходи до проведення та оприлюднення наукових досліджень у галузі науки «Державне управління». У заході, який проходив у режимі відеоконференцзв’язку із Дніпропетровським, Львівським, Одеським та Харківським регіональними інститутами державного управління академії взяли участь представники Міністерства освіти і науки України, голови та вчені секретарі спеціалізованих вчених рад, провідні фахівці та експерти в галузі науки «Державне управління», відповідальні секретарі редакційних колегій фахових видань з державного управління, голови та їх заступники, вчені секретарі та члени спеціалізованих вчених рад.
У заході взяла участь в.о. завідувача кафедри теорії та практики управління Чукут Світлана Анатоліївна, голова підкомісії Публічне управління та адміністрування сектору вищої освіти Науково-методичної ради Міністерства освіти і науки України. Вона представила учасникам наради-семінару проект стандарту вищої освіти PhD – доктор філософії.
У ході заходу учасники обговорили проблематику актуалізації напрямів проведення дисертаційних досліджень, оприлюднення їх результатів, а також відповідність підготовки та захисту дисертацій в галузі знань «Публічне управління та адміністрування» вимогам постанови KMУ від 23.03.2016 року № 261 «Порядок підготовки здобувачів вищої освіти ступеня доктора філософії та доктора наук у вищих навчальних закладах (наукових установах)».
[:en]On October 18, 2017, the National Academy hosted a seminar “Modern Approaches to the Public Administration and Publication of Scientific Research in Science”. Representatives of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine, heads and academic secretaries of specialized academic councils, leading experts and experts in the field of science “Public Administration” took part in the event that took place in the video conferencing with Dnipropetrovsk, Lviv, Odesa and Kharkiv regional institutes of state administration of the Academy, the responsible secretaries of editorial boards of professional editions on public administration, the chairmen and their deputies, academic secretaries and members of specialized academic councils.
In the event participated Acting Head of the Department of Theory and Practice Management, S. Chukut, Head of the Subcommittee on Public Administration and Administration of the Higher Education Sector, Scientific and Methodological Council of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine. She presented the project of the standard of higher education to the participants of the meeting-seminar PhD – Doctor of Philosophy.
During the event the participants discussed the problems of updating the directions of conducting dissertation researches, disclosing their results, and also the compliance of the preparation and defense of the dissertations in the field of knowledge “Public administration” to the requirements of the resolution of the CMU dated March 23, 2016, No. 261 “Procedure for preparing applicants for higher education of a doctor’s degree Philosophy and Doctor of Science in Higher Educational Institutions (Scientific Institutions)”.
